We believe passionately in the importance of developing outstanding teachers to support our young learners to have the best start in life. Great teachers aren’t born, they are made, and we have developed a training programme to support those new to teaching with the basic tools to embark on a successful career.
Delivered remotely our programme enables those interested in a career in the classroom to develop key knowledge and skills necessary to embark on a rewarding and impactful profession.
Our course is a pre-cursor to further training that may be undertaken and does not offer qualified teacher status, but is an excellent route into teaching for those from other professions and/or those exploring their future opportunities.
We pride ourselves in supporting interested people into a career in early years education.
Through our sister business the Werton Group, we own and operate a successful chain of exceptional nurseries and we offer apprenticeships in partnership with a nationally recognised apprenticeship provider.
These are in-work training schemes that are supplemented by additional in-service training delivered by our internal education team. Find out more about the options available here.
